Smallest Park In The World – Mill Ends Park
Mill Ends Park – is a very small park located in a median strip SW Naito Parkway Portland, Oregon, United States. It is near the Willamette River, SW Taylor Street.
It’s diameter only 2 feet or 0.60 mt and it’s total area is 452 square inch.
It is officially declared in 1971 by Guinness World Records as the tinniest park.

Fagan, was designed and prepared this amazing park dedicating on St. Patrick’s Day, 1948, as “the only leprechaun colony west of Ireland”.

After Fagan death in 1969, park was cared by locals and it became official city park
in 1976.

This small park has a horseshoe and a Journal building, and a miniature Ferris wheel and a swimming pool with a diving board for butterfly.

In February 2006, it was shifted to World Trade Center Portland as construction of road was going on (almost 80 feet away from it’s original location ).
Pat Fagan , son of it’s creator , said “It’s still the largest leprechaun colony west of Ireland.”
