In Florence Laurentian Library is a historical library. It contains more than 11 thousands manuscripts and four thousand five hundred printed books (Of course in very early days of printing technology).
It’s construction was began in 1525 and by 1534 few rooms were ready and it was opened in 1571 for public.

It’s architecture divided in 4 – Vestibule, Staircase, Reading room, Interpretation
Staircase in this library attracts many tourist every year. Because this amazing design was revolutionary at that time. It almost occupies 50 % of the area of vestibule.
