There are important inventions that changed the world. The gun has existed for many years, and it has transformed our society in various ways. The first gun discovery was in China in the nineteenth century by some chemists blended sulfur, saltpeter and charcoal into gunpowder that was called Huo Yao in Chinese that was used to treat skin infections. However, the gunpowder was transported in Europe in the thirteenth century, where historians recognized the Chinese fire lances and thus invented in the 10th century as the first guns.
The gun has impacted our society in various ways. However, law has regulated the use of guns if there was no gun law there would be more criminal cases than it is today. The gun has helped maintain law and order while on the other side it has led to criminal cases like murder, robbery and rape.
Moreover, the computer that has greatly impacted change in the world where the first computer was invented by Charles Darwin to perform arithmetic and logic operations. In the World War II, an analog computer was used for specialized military applications. The computer has eventually been developed to digital computer. The invention has however changed the world in various ways like the way information is accessed. It has also enhanced communication all over the world. Also because of the digitized computers people can access information at a faster speed. The computer has contributed in boosting our economy where people can purchase and sell goods through the computer.
One of the important revolutionary inventions was the telephone. The first telephone got discovered when an electric current was passed through a coil of wire between the poles of horse magnet by Charles Grafton Page. However, the telephone was said to have other inventors like Meucci, Philip Reis, Innocenzo Manzetti and Charles Bouseul. The era of telephone revolutionary was after the telephone got invented. The telephone has helped increase wealth, employment and means of communication. At the same time, it has also conquered and promoted crime.
Finally, we focus on the invention of paper it was invented in China at the time of Han dynasty and spread slowly to the west via the Silk Road. Earlier people used palm leaves, parchment and papyrus which was expensive and short in supply. Paper made from rags could be processed anywhere in large-scale production that was much cheaper. Paper has also been used as material for clothing than for writing. Paper has been in great use in the modern world where it has been used as a writing material and also used for packaging materials. Eventually, due to the emergence of paper there resulted in the printing technique which led to the invention of paper money that was easier to be carried than silver and heavy gold pieces.
