Zeus, a great Dane dog from Otsego, USA becomes the official tallest dog in Guinness world records yesterday. He breaks the records of George , another great Dane variety dog , by 1 inch.
- His height is 111.8 cm (44 in) from foot to withers..and his weights 70.3 kg.
- His owner Denise says
“Zeus is an awesome dog,”
“The only downside is that everything costs more; the food, medicines, transport. We had to get a van to be able to transport him, oh, and if he steps on your foot – he leaves bruises!”
“The most common thing people ask is: ‘Is that a dog or a horse?’ and ‘Where’s his saddle?’
- Standing on hind leg Zeus can stretches upto 7 ft 4 inch
Update : Tallest dog Zeus has died on 3rd September,2014 at age 5 years.
