Chana Ziona was born into a simple middle-class family in Mizoram, adjacent to Bangladesh. He got married for the first time in 1959 when he was just 17 years old. However, he could not be satisfied with a marriage. He got married many times since then. He thus married a total of 39 women. No one in the world has so many wives. In one year, he had set a record of 10 marriages. The news published in the London World Record on March 13 revealed that Ziona Chana is the head of the largest family in the world. He has 39 wives, 89 children, 14 daughters-in-law and 33 grandchildren. In 2004 Chana married his last wife who was a 25-year-old. The exact number of his children is not correctly predicted, but some shopkeepers claiming he had 89 children.
