It is the normal behaviour of the human skeleton to develop after after13 to 16 weeks after conception. When a baby takes birth initially it has 300 bones along with the cartilage elements included in it which are almost a third after a passage of time it gets fuse together to form the structure of 206 bone’s skeleton of an adult.
During childhood, the cartilage grows at a very slow pace which is gradually replaced by bones so that by the age of 25 the process of bone maturation gets completed and the bones get bigger and mature than an earlier one.
Now it is very essential to take a very good care of your bone in your lifetime to maintain the stability, flexibility and mobility and to maintain the strength of the body as well. Adequate amount of Proteins, Minerals, and Fats are essential to maintaining bone mass.
