Some facts about Iravati River
- Originates – Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, India at an altitude of 14,000 feet (4,300 m)
- It flows through Barabhangal, Bara Bansu and Chamba districts turning to southwest and enter Jammu and Kashmir state then flows to the Pakistan Punjab province and meet into Chenab River course of about 725 km.
- Hydrology–spring snowmelt and the South Asian monsoon
