  • Two incidents of shooting occurred here –one in February 24, 1997 ( 7 people was shot and one killed and gunmen wounded himself) and another in August 24, 2012 ( one casualty)
  • Plane was crashed on 28th july, 1945 at about 9.40 am between 79th and 80th floor. 14 people were died. Betty Lou Oliver , an Elevator operator survived after plunge of 75 floor and It is still now Guinness World Records.
  • Suicides.–total 30 incident of suicides . First incident occurred before its completion by a worker who was dismissed.
